The 2009 Global Services 100 honors global companies that demonstrate leadership, innovation and outstanding performance in information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO). The Global Services 100 holds the distinction of being the only objective awards program of its kind in the Services GlobalizationSM industry.

A panel of neoIT experts and editors from Global Services with in depth knowledge in the corresponding areas will judge the entries. Companies will be scored and ranked based on how they compare against the competition in the relevant areas of evaluation.
